I followed all the steps in the “Getting Started with Sales Email Prompt Templates” lesson, but nowhere does the “Guest Events tab” appear.
I have tried deleting everything and starting over, but either way the “Guest Events tab” does not appear.
I have an “External Guests” tab, which only allows me to add a New External Guest.
I still manage to send the e-mail to Sofia Rodriguez, but the system does not validate my work (step not yet completed. Oops, there seems to have been a problem. Please try again.) and therefore does not award me the badge.
