Unable to get credentials email after creating playground for Data Cloud and Einstein 1. During completing last module for Become an Agentblazer Champion

I needed Salesforce to go in and remove the expired playground. This resolve my issue now able to get the credential & connect.

It turned out I needed Salesforce to go in and remove the expired playground so I could create a new one.
okay, I understand. Thank you for provided screenshots.
Usually, the email arrives immediately, but this happens when you
CREATE an Einstein/Data Cloud/Agentforce AI Playground.If you have previously created it but didn’t manage to activate it and are now trying to “reset the password” during authorization, the email won’t be sent.
In this case, you need to contact Salesforce Support and ask them to deactivate that Playground for you.
After that, you will be able to create a new one.
I had a similar situation, and it took two days to resolve the issue.

that button is not their now. It is connect playground now.

Open the Challenge page and provide a screenshot of its top section where the Create Playground
button is visible.
