Hi everyone,

 

I’m finding the native Salesforce Files feature challenging for our business needs, especially when it comes to credentialing leads and managing files for healthcare practice accounts. We require leads to upload credentialing information before we can create their Accounts, but querying and reporting on Accounts with uploaded files has been quite cumbersome. 

 

Does anyone have suggestions for other file management apps that integrate well with Salesforce? Also, if there are any workarounds (besides using Workbench) that make reporting on uploaded files easier, I’d really appreciate your input!

    Hi @Lisa Pazienza, I saw this a bit late but we do this with S-Drive for Salesforce.com. You can request documents from your leads and route them to the right record in Salesforce. They are all records in Salesforce and you can add custom fields, tags and sharing rules on them while natively using Salesforce reports. Here is the AppExchange listing:
