Remove Chatter and feed tracking

Hello everyone,

I want to remove chatter and feed tracking for Customer community login user.

I am disabling it from feed tracking in setup but then its coming with a message that

-> Chatter isn't enabled or the user doesn't have Chatter access.

How to remove this message too ?
