Question

Hi there:

I have been trying to complete this trail for the last couple of days. I have created a few brand new playground accounts but am unable to get it working.

Issue - seems as if Quip Document does not show up in the Custom Apps - it is in the list of standard apps.

I do still go ahead and install a custom package from this link - https://login.salesforce.com/packaging/installPackage.apexp?p0=04t41000002iVxr

However, Quip Document still doesn't show up in the Custom list. I then tried to drag the standard Quip Document box to the page but get a message in the box that says - Insufficient Permissions to display this component

Any idea what could have changed? I enabled mydomain and have googled for the last 48 hrs but not getting anywhere. Is there anyway to raise a ticket to get some support?

You need to do this installation in an incognito window so that you are prompted for a login for that particular org associated with your playground.
