Trying to make a field mandatory at specific stage

Can't seem to figure out what's wrong with my validation rule syntax:

AND(

ISPICKVAL(StageName,“Deprioritized”),

ISBLANK(Deprioritized_Reason__c)

)

Can someone asssist?

Hi Grant,
Just FYI Information, ISBLANK takes case of both null, empty and "" values.
