We are trying to utilise a formula field to display an image which is stored in static resources. Within this formula we are using another formula field which is a checkbox to decide if the image should be displayed. Unfortunately rather than the image displaying, I see text starting with "_IM1_/resource/". I know both the image and formula work, but I can't get them to work together. If anyone has a solution it would be greatly appreciated.

It's true that I can't get around the compile limit but at present I've only hit the character limit. So my hope was to sneak around it this last time.
