Single logout SAML request NameID data

We are trying to implement the SAML SSO mechanism with a Finnish authentication authority (the identity provider in our use case). We can configure the single sign-on settings in Salesforce fine and the login authentication works.

However, Salesforce is sending the wrong data for the nameid parameter in the logout request, as well as defining the nameid format strangely as SAML 1.1.

We are trying to figure out how we could affect what Salesforce sends in the logout message. Would you happen to know anyone who could help us out with this issue?
