I'm assuming I already know the answer to this, but I just want to confirm.
I am configuring State and Country/Territory Picklists. The company is migrating from SAP that has a total of 2278 total Countries/Regions.
Is there a best practice for this or is this a head down and burn time task?

I much as I know you will need to do this manually as mass import values for state country picklist is still in Idea phase.
