I have completed the 3 super badges required for the Platform Developer 2 certificate. I have cleared the exam too.
Should I complete all the trailheads in the below link to get the certification or else is it enough to get the 3 super badges.

That trail is the recommended pre-work for preparing for the exam. If you've passed the exam, you are certified! It never hurts to have badges under your belt, but if you've already mastered the content in those badges (and it seems you have, since you passed the certification exam) then you can use your time on other badges.
