App not installing

I'm trying to install the dreamhouse realty app for the platform development module but when Press install after clicking install for all user which it says to do. it gives me this message App not installing

how do i fix this

You need a fresh playground for this. It looks like you already have this app (or a similar one) installed in the playground.
