Hello. The link that was sent to me to access COVax expired and now i can not log in. How d i receive another link to login?

Hello. The link that was emailed to me to access Sales force expired. Now I am unable to log in. How do I receive another email with a link?

    Are we the administrator of the Salesforce Org that we are trying to login?
