Workflow Action Failed to Trigger Flow

The record couldn’t be saved because it failed to trigger a flow. A flow trigger failed to execute the flow with version ID 30124000000QiRx. Flow error messages: <b>An unhandled fault has occurred in this flow</b><br>An unhandled fault has occurred while processing the flow. Please contact your system administrator for more information. Contact your administrator for help. 

 

How can i find out which workflow exactly that is?

    Hi Frank, 

     

    My guess is that it's a process builder or a visual flow. If you (from classic UI) go to set up > flows

     

    Then open any fo them

     

    Change the url with your ID from error message, something like:

     

    https://yourinstance.my.salesforce.com/designer/designer.apexp#.Id=30124000000QiRx

     

    And refresh couple times should show you the elements. Proces builder is 'secretly' running flows really.
