Badge is 100% completed but do not shows as marked nor in the list of completed badges.

Hi Trailblazers,

 

I have recently joined a new Salesforce Org as an Administrator. 

 

Since then, my Trailblazer account is showing some bugs. 

 

These badges in the picture have been successfully completed, but they will not show as checked with the green mark, nor they appear in my list of completed badges. 

 

Any advice on how to solve this?

    Hey Julien,

     

      

     

      I suggest you to raised a case with trailhead for this issue. This is only way by which you get completed sign of badges in your Trailhead Account. This issue already happened with many people in the past.
