Solution isn't linking to Case

Question

I have an open case and selecting "View Suggested Solutions".  Then, I'm selecting "select" next to the respective solution, which returns me to the Case page.  When I review and refresh the case page, it doesn't display the solution in the Case related list.  Do I need to enable something?

Hi Amber: the "view suggested solutions" is not the same as related lists of solutions, on a case detail page. Only when you have associated a solution to a case (via lookup) does it show in the related lists for solutions, on the case detail page. Hope that helps.
