What formula do I use to have a text picklist on the account page, copy to the contact page?

Hello,  I am trying to have the Rating (picklist) automatically copy to the Contact page.   I am sure this is super simple but I am stumped. Thank You! I'm will be static on Contact and not able to change

    Hi Carl,

     

    Create a formula field on the Contact Object

     

    Give a Label to your field 

     

    Formula Return Type: Text and the formula is

    TEXT(Account.Rating)
