We have a franchise environment and need to capture a few specific contacts on the account object via custom fields such as 'Authorised Representative' and 'Previous Franchisee Contact'.
What is th best way to show contacts in these fields?
Should we be using lookups? Also is there a number of lookups that you can have if we require other contacts to be listed for specific purposes?
Previously we have been using text fields and updating as required.
