I am trying to have the case feed layout on the tickets for the support agents but it enables the show feed bar in communities which we do not want. We seem to be unable to do so without disabling feed completely.

    We use ticket comments rather than the feed. We found the feed view is better looking for the internal tickets that we create but it adds the feed bar in communties. If a customer adds a comment on the feed it will not add the comment as a ticket comment so it could protentially get missed. Or is there away of getting the feed to create ticket comments
