Hi folks! I am hoping to add a Contact Last Call Date field to the Contact object which will update with the most recent date a certain profile logged a call to that contact. Obeviously if you are IN the Contact, you can just see it from the activity list. But my reps are asking for a way to view this in Contact views. In the Account object, we have a date field with a roll up summary, and in the Lead we have a date field with a workflow. Can't quite figure out how to get anything to work on a Contact though.
