I read recently in the Winter 21 release that they are planning an end of life for case thread id. This is creating a particular challenge for me because I have built a lot out on this case thread id. My organization has a need to steer emails with different email headers into the right case automatically, and having the case thread ID gave us that flexibility. Now we are going to lose that unless there is another way I am not aware of? Please help!

    Hi Gopi, I wanted to circle back on this post to see if anything has changed other than moving the date back. I am trying to learn and figure out how would we be able to tie an automated email that is triggered by the case back on to the case with the new email threading behavior?
