We have Group edition and i can't seem to find the "Profile" in Manage Users area, nor Hierarchy, nor workflow.
Where are they? Is this because we have Group or is it something else?
Also i have outlook synced with SF however i don't seem to get any attachments in Salesforce - how do i do that?

Hi Steve, thank you for your answer - OK so this is unfortunate - i imagine you need profiles & roles to complement the system - can you direct me how i can use the system with out assigning profiles & roles.
