Reoccuring Appointments Syncing with Salesforce

Does anyone know if reocurring appointments in Outlook sync with Salesforce? I am not seeing those appts. being brought over via the integration with Outlook. Is this possible?

It looks like reoccuring events are not supported by the Salesforce for Outlook integration yet. Here is an Idea to vote up:
