When I tried to access Salesforce from my home computer, it asked me to activate my computer.  However, the activation link is sent to my work email, which I cannot access from home.  How can I activate my home computer if I am not able to access my work email?

     you can determine the IP address range that your home computer uses... and you can "whitelist" this range.. so that salesforce wont challenge you when you are at home.  

     

    The admin for your org should have the ability to add these IP address ranges to salesforce so that they are accepted and not challenged.  

     

    SFDC support should be able to help you with this if your admin cant figure it out.
