In order to report on total number of calls one of my reps makes, verses calls where a decision maker was contacted, I created a custom field on our activities layout named 'Contacted' with drop down options of 'Yes' or 'No'. This has worked well for us, and we've looked at it every morning for years. (It avoids Activities masquerading as accomplishment). Of course, this means that the default easy reporting for 'Last Activity', or 'Accounts with No Activity in 90 Days' is no longer applicable because a phone call with no contact, or even an email are considered an activity. 

 

We have a marketing product that can be resold every month and I've tasked our Account Execs to contact each of their client accounts at least every 45 days, but many of our clients aren't being contacted quickly enough. Therefore, I've hired someone whose job is to call Clients who have not been 'Contacted' in over 60 days.

 

However, I'm having a challenge creating a report that will show a list of Client Accounts who have not had an activity where the custom field named 'Contacted' doesn't equal 'Yes'. 

 

Any ideas?
