There are several options to accomplish this.
The brute force method would be to run a report or view where the zip code (billing or shipping) Contains 08540,08541,08542 etc...
Some AppExchange maps should allow you to enter a particular location and proximity and pull your records based on that. One such app is Geopointe which appears to be popular on the AppExchange: http://appexchange.salesforce.com/listingDetail?listingId=a0N300000016ZHeEAM
