Did anyone have their Standard and Custom object permission wiped out for custom created profiles?  If so, are you or have you been a Pardot user?

    Hi @Jeff Peterson - we did. We are a Pardot user as well. I basically went into our Sandbox which I thankfully recently refreshed and looked at the profile permissions to replicate them back into production. Users are now able to get back in and work.
