Can use some assistance with another formula.  Trying to create a validation rule for the following criteria.

When

Probability (Picklist) >= 0.75

Type (Picklist) = Existing Business

The following fields should be required:

Account_Strategist__c (Lookup Field)

Yield_Manager__c (Lookup Field)

Technical_Account_Manager__c (Lookup Field)
