Thanks for all those details @Arnab Bose! I was trying to find a way to delete using the document ID and workspace ID. I see now I can delete using the Id which is unique to that file and library combination. I just did a test and it worked perfectly! I had actually opened a case with premier support and they also stated it was not possible and did the manual removal for me 1 by 1. I will respond to that case with this info so that agent knows going forward it is possible. Great lessons learned!
