Hands-on challenges are the ā€œsecret sauceā€ of Trailhead. Before searching for solutions to superbadge challenges, review the Salesforce Certification Program Agreement and Policies. ** NOTE ** : If you were able to get a response that solved your issue, please mark it as the 'Best Answer' to help other Trailblazers. Hi @Kalpana Soram

This usually happens when the project is opened in a normal Developer Edition or regular Trailhead Playground.

For Connect Flows to Agentforce with Actions, Salesforce requires the special Agentforce-enabled Developer Edition org provided in that project. That org already contains the sample Orders and the Initiate Return

     Flow needed for the exercise.

    Please try this:

    • Open the Connect Flows to Agentforce with Actions project.
    • Go to the Sign Up for a Special Developer Edition Org section.
    • Create the org using that specific signup link.
    • Connect that org to Trailhead.
    • Launch the project again from the unit.
    • Go to Orders → All Orders and check the records.

There have been similar reports where Orders were empty because the wrong org was being used.

If you are already using the special Developer Edition and still see no Orders, I would suggest creating a fresh special org from the project link rather than creating a normal Playground.

    Hope this helps.

    Thank you,

    Venkat Yadav.

I already connected my playground to my trailblazer account, but it is still showing as if I haven't, so I cannot install the package. I also tried with the instructions in this article: https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=005298825&type=1

but when I try to install the package, it says "not found"

@Giovanni Pedrazzoli connecting the playground on Trailhead does not log that org into the tab where Install runs. Not found means the install link opened in a session that cannot see that package. It is usually a different org than the one the unit created.

In Hands-On Orgs, disconnect the stale ones. Launch the playground from the unit so that tab is that org, then use the unit install link in that same tab. Do not paste the package URL into production or into an older playground.

A package id that 404s is the wrong org. The package is still on AgentExchange. The checker only looks at the org the unit launched.

Hello,

I am having challenges with creating a Lead Nurturing agent. First of all, the trailhead needs to be updated, as the new playground includes screenshots that are not identical. Anyway, when I tried to set up a lead nurturing agent. I get a "page does not exist error. I am also unable to disconnect the Trailhead playground and start a new playground .

@Radha Shankar Page does not exist on that step means the playground link is dead, or Agent Builder isn't available in the org the challenge still has connected. Retrying the same URL won't bring it back.

Disconnect it from the challenge's org picker, not from inside the org. If that control isn't there, open your Trailhead hands-on orgs and drop that playground. Then launch a new one from the unit and create the Lead Nurturing agent in Agentforce Studio in that new org. The screenshots in the unit can lag behind the playground UI, so follow the labels in the org when they don't match the picture.

After creating a new queue, the next step in the module is to add the Queue Members, but "User: Aaron Hartzler" and "User: Fumiko Suzuki" are not appearing in the Available Members list. Is there a step im missing?

Thanks

    Hi Andrew Streater,

As discussed on the Trailhead help case, we have found that the users "Aaron Hartzler" and "Fumiko Suzuki" were not created as instructed in the first unit (Manage User Access) of this Trailhead project.

Creating the users as per the requirement has allowed passing the challenge.

We would hence go ahead and mark this thread as closed.

Please let us know if you have any further questions/concerns.

    Best Regards,

    Hi @Lucas Scarin,

The error shown in your screenshot typically appears when Einstein and Agentforce are not enabled or when the required access has not been provisioned in the org. If you're using a Trailhead Playground, try launching the challenge in a fresh playground and ensure you've completed all prerequisite setup steps from the module.

There is also a known issue where users may see the "Looks like you don't have access" message when accessing Agentforce Builder in certain environments. Also I have found below help article where it mentioned

The workaround is to use the Legacy Builder.

I tried almost all solutions mentioned in the comments, for me the following worked:

In properties of the specific Prompt Builder rename Prompt Template Name to Welcome Guest by deleting it and typing it out again. I think Ctrl C + V from somewhere else might have added a different ASCII or spacing. Also changed the model to GPT 5 Mini instead.

Hi Trailhead Help Team,

I am currently working towards completing the 2026 Agentblazer Champion track and am on one of the final units: "Help a Guest Out of a Soggy Situation."

However, I am encountering an issue within my current Trailhead Playground. The "Guest Agent" mentioned in the module instructions is not visible in my org. Furthermore, the "Reservation" object does not exist at all.

Could you please advise on how to resolve this? Is there a specific Developer Edition org with special configuration or a managed package that I need to install for this particular module?

Thank you for your assistance.

Best regards,

That module needs a fresh Trailhead Playground launched from the module page itself so the org comes with the right metadata. If you reused an older or different-type org, the Guest Agent and Reservation object just won't be there. Scroll to the hands-on section and launch a new playground from there, then reconnect it and try again.

    Sometimes these errors happen randomly.

If you have entered everything correctly and all the api names are

exactly as they should be from the module instructions, I have found that it can sometimes be resolved by:

    1. opening an incognito chrome browser
    2. logging into Trailhead
    3. re-launching the playground
    4. re-verifying the challenge in the incognito browser

I'm on the Prompt Engineering Techniques badge, and cannot get past the challenge for Get Hands-On with Prompts.Keep hitting the 'Challenge not yet complete in tammy.park@agentblazer.com Whoops, looks like there was a problem. Please try again.' message

I've added the query and chunks as shown here

I am getting this error:

"We can't find an activated 'Generate Personalized Schedule' prompt template with the Flex Template type"

I do have a prompt template with that name and type... I found old articles about this issue but they are over a year old now and they said they were fixed. But I am now encountering the same error.

nah i have fixed this issue it is helpfull for you guys as well:

    1. Create new playground from Hands-on-orgs.

    2. Disconnect old playground that you are using currently.

    3. now on trailhead page you get option to create playground then click that and launch.

but for this fix you have to do all the steps again but the issue will be probably solved.
