I went on the dropdown and selected change record type and then chose B2B opportunities i also changed the stage to closed won. Is there any suggestions on why this is happening should i make a new playground and try again, any help would be much appreciated.

Hi Team, the instructions call for me to update the record type, to B2B Opportunities however I dont have the option to change the record type, can anyone please assist?

I faced similar issue, there was no option to change record type, searched the community but nothing worked.
Finally I used my previous Playground (you can try Launching fresh Playground) and again started from 'Customize a Sales Path' chapter, created sales process, record type and then moved to next chapter and then I could compete it.

. The Path seems configured correctly.
However, this is what I get when verifying the test:
We couldn't find a sales path named 'North American Sales Path' for the Opportunity picklist 'Stage' and record type 'B2B Opportunities'. Please double check the instructions.
I have double-checked the instructions. Everything seems ok.
Anything I can do?
(I have already done the part called "Throw the (Virtual) Confetti!")

Hey @Vishal Yadav, ensure you did this path configuration for the Stage picklist field. Also, make sure you are checking the challenge in the correct org

I'm working in a Trailhead Playground to complete the "Customize a Sales Path" module. I've already done the following:
ā Created a custom Sales Process ā Created a B2B Opportunities record type based on that sales process ā Enabled the record type for my custom profile ā Assigned the page layout for the record type ā Created a Path with Success Guidance and Celebrations ā Verified I have full CRUD permissions on the Opportunity object ā Using Lightning Experience, Sales App, and viewing an existing Opportunity
Issue: When I open an Opportunity and click the down arrow next to the Edit/Clone/Delete buttons, I donāt see the "Change Record Type" option.
Iāve even created a new opportunity, ensured the layout is assigned, confirmed the record type is active and available for the profile, and still the button does not appear.
Any ideas on what I might be missing?

Can you go to setup and confirm that you have the button added to the page layout you are using?
If it is there, confirm there are no filter conditions hiding it.
