Hands-on challenges are the “secret sauce” of Trailhead. Before searching for solutions to superbadge challenges, review the Salesforce Certification Program Agreement and Policies.

Hi,

I am working on the Trailhead module AppExchange Basic, Install AppExchange Packages challenge. I have connected two playgrounds to my Trailblazer profile, but when I try to install the package from AppExchange, it shows that it can not find any Salesforce accounts I connected. Please help!

Thank you!

Didn't find any Salesforce accounts linked to your Trailblazer.me profile.

    @han shi Please follow below steps to install the package in playground org and see if that works.

    -- Login Trailhead

    -- Create new Playground

    -- Once the new playground created, click Launch button and get the playground username and password by following the below help article steps:

    https://trailhead.salesforce.com/help?article=Find-the-username-and-password-for-your-Trailhead-Playground

    After receiving the playground username and password, open the page "https://www.salesforce.com/trailblazer/settings" in a new tab

    -- Scroll down to the Connected Accounts section and click Connect an Account button and click on Continue with Salesforce option and enter the playground username and password.

    Once it is connected, now open the AppExchange link to install the package in the playground org.

    As an alternative, you can also try clearing your cache and cookies and try opening it in an incognito window.  (as this has worked for some people in the past).

    Hello, go to a Trailhead unit with a challenge section, click on the 3-dot icon next to the Launch button (in the challenge section) and then create/detach/login intro the requested playground. Eric

    Hi @Krista Schnugg ,

    Could you please re-do the module in the new Agentforce Playground.

    To create a new Agentforce org please follow the below steps.

    1. Open Hands-On Orgs (https://trailhead.salesforce.com/users/profiles/orgs) page.

    2. Click on Create Playground button (wait 2 to 3 minutes to create playground org)

    3. Once it is created, you'll be able to disconnect the existing org' (Org shows Disconnect option)

    4. After disconnecting the org, open the Agentforce  challenge and click checkbox then click "Create Playground" button.

    5. Check your email inbox and set password to the new org.

    6. Now go to module and Click on Connect Org button at challenge page and connect the org and click Yes, Save It button.

    Now you can launch the newly connected org to complete the challenge.

Hi, When i am trying to complete my validation for the challenge getting error as :

The validation rule does not reference the account Shipping Postal Code field .

 I have created the validation rule on my contact object and using the formulae as AND(

NOT(ISBLANK(AccountID)),

MailingPostalCode != Account.ShippingPostalCode

)

Challenge :

To complete this challenge, add a validation rule which will block the saving of a new or updated contact if the contact is related to an account and has a mailing postal code (which has the API Name MailingPostalCode) different from the account's shipping postal code (which has the API Name ShippingPostalCode).

Name the validation rule Contact must be in Account ZIP Code

A contact with a MailingPostalCode that has an account and does not match the associated Account ShippingPostalCode should return with a validation error and not be saved

The validation rule should ONLY apply to contact records with an associated account. Contact records with no associated parent account can be added with any MailingPostalCode value. (Hint: you can use the ISBLANK function for this check)

    Hi Aditi,

    Your validation looks correct. Can you make sure that you are verifying challenge in the correct ORG?

    Go to the trailhead, click on the 'Launch' button to open the playground and see if you can found the validation rule or not.

    Thanks
