Hands-on challenges are the “secret sauce” of Trailhead. Before searching for solutions to superbadge challenges, review the Salesforce Certification Program Agreement and Policies.

In the free Developer Edition org with user access policies

form , I am unable to select the options in Role and country . Please help me so that , I can continue my training.

Not able to complete and earn badge for "Migrate Users with User Access Policies".  When i am creating hands-on org it is not creating public group for this badge. I tried creating group and completing module, however despite policy is applied it showing error for challenge check.

Challenge not yet complete in Curious Bear Playground

It looks like the ‘Tier_3_Group_Setup user access policy was not applied. Make sure you’ve applied the policy and haven’t automated it.

    Hello,

The previously raised issue persists for me as well. Although I created a dev account as instructed, I am still getting  this message:

"It looks like the ‘Tier_3_Group_Setup user access policy was not applied. Make sure you’ve applied the policy and haven’t automated it."

    Please advise.

    Many thanks,

I've followed the instructions in the challenge and it still keeps pointing out that I haven't yet created an action to automate.

I've tried deleting and recreating the UAP but to no avail. Please help.

Attached are screenshots for everyone's reference.

I think there was a module I was supposed to complete before this one.  Does anyone know which I should go back to?  I am missing some permission groups and groups.  The module I am working on is User Access Policies and Create a User Access Policy

I had a similar issue, and it turned out that I had not created the correct type of org.

You need to click the link on this line (under the Get the Business Requirements -> Sign Up for a Developer Edition Org headings)

Sign up for a free Developer Edition org with user access policies.

This will create an org that already has the permission sets and permission sets group that you need to complete this exercise.

Using the traditional "Create Playground" from the "Choose a hands on org" link at the bottom of the page will not create the correct type of playground for this exercise.

    Hope that helps. Good luck.
