1. Open Data Cloud --> Select data Streams, click "New" New --> Click Create New Ruleset, then click Next." style="display: block;" />click Next, Next, Deploy.

2. Click the Identity Resolutions tab --> New --> Click Create New Ruleset, then click Next.  

Leave default selected in the Select Data Space menu.

For Primary DMO, choose Individual.

Type ccid for Ruleset ID.3. Ruleset Name: Guest Name and Email

Description: Reconcile Reserve-o-matic contact data with Salesforce contact data

Disable Run jobs automatically.click Save

4. Click Configure.

Choose Fuzzy Name and Normalized Email. 

This determines the primary pieces of data that are used for matching.5. Click the Identity Resolutions tab --> Click Guest Name and Email --> Click Run Ruleset in the upper right corner.6. Click Gear Icon --> Setup --> Object Manager --> in the search field type "cont" and select Contact object, (not Contract) --> Click Data Cloud Related List --> New. 

for Data Cloud Object, choose ExternalReservation.7. Update Child Relationship Name to Reservations.Update Related list label to Reservations.

Next, follow everything as stated in the Challenge instructions, and you’ll succeed.

I’ve just tested all of this on a new Data Cloud PG (from which I took the screenshots), and the Challenge works fine; everything is in order.

Most likely, the mistake occurred at the step where you needed to rename to Reservations, specifically at step #7 of the guide.

Thanks for your cooperation on the case.  

Upon verification, I found that the Data Stream was not set up properly. Additionally, in the Identity Resolutions tab, the Guest Name and Email ruleset job status was not marked as "Succeeded." I have created a new data stream and waited until the "Last Run Status" of the data stream was updated to "Success."

Is the data stream set correctly?

It seems that my org has expired, which likely caused the loss of all the configurations I set up previously. This is why the data stream that I created went way.

I’ll go ahead and reconfigure everything and proceed from there.

You cannot complete the steps required by the Challenge because not all Data Streams have been created or finalized. Make sure that the previous Challenges on this topic have been completed in the same Playground, as you won't be able to finish this Challenge without data from them. 

Once all data sets are created, the necessary objects and fields will become available for selection when editing the Flow. 

 Also, keep in mind that when creating a Data Stream, it may take some time for it to be approved in your SF Org. Usually, this happens immediately or within 2-3 minutes, but sometimes it can take up to 10-15 minutes.
