Hello everyone,

I'm experiencing an issue with Conditional Formatting. Does anyone know why the formatting disappears after saving the dashboard?

I've attached two screenshots:

  • Before saving – where the Conditional Formatting is visible.
  • After saving – where the formatting disappears.

The white-colored line in the "before saving" screenshot represents a dimension line where I applied Conditional Formatting.

Any insights would be greatly appreciated!

    @Ada Xu Thanks for your reply. I have tried the same. But it did not work. I will try to see, how it will be in Production. Hopefully it wont be any problem.

hi all, 

I have the date field, but CRMA provides the format I need to change  

YYYY-mm-DD -> mm-DD-YYYY 

I tried to change it via formula field in advanced editor: 

 "formula": "toDate(Booked_Date__c, \"mm/dd/yyyy\")" 

but as a result an error: 

Field must be in group by or aggregate function:  

 

can somebody suggest something maybe, please?

Hello CRM Analytics Community, 

 

I have implemented both mobile and tablet layouts for a dashboard in Salesforce CRM Analytics. While testing on an iOS device using the Salesforce Analytics mobile app, I encountered an issue:

  • When I open the app and navigate to the dashboard's mobile layout, the app automatically closes (crashes).
  • This behavior is consistent and occurs every time I try to open the mobile layout.
  • The tablet layout works fine, and the issue seems to be specific to the mobile layout on iOS.
  • The iOS version is up to date, and the device has sufficient storage available, so the issue is not related to outdated software or storage constraints.

I would like to understand:

  1. Potential causes for this issue.
  2. Best practices to ensure seamless mobile layout performance in CRM Analytics.
  3. Any workarounds or fixes to prevent the app from crashing.

I appreciate any insights, troubleshooting steps, or solutions that the community can share.

I have two dataset on a Dashboard with two different fields, can we connect them using Connected data sources? , consider below scenario:  

 

On

Opportunities we have Sector as a field with 2 values  A & B, on Region Target we have department with the same values. I have global filter Sector

, when I select A it should automatically select A from Department under Region Target.

    Yes - that's possible. When connecting datasets, the field names are not important. Only the values of the connected fields should match.

My team is asking if we can download CRMA Dashboards to PowerPoint presentations.  My answer is yes, individual widgets can be downloaded and uploaded as images.  But they want to click a button and the entire dashboard creates a PowerPoint presentation - not having to upload individual images but that each dashboard widget populates a new PowerPoint Slide Automagically.  I don't know of any functionality that would allow that.  Anyone have an idea on that solution?

    CRMA is designed to be interactive, with regularly updated data and security applied. It provides analytics in the right context to help with decision-making. Some teams have replaced PowerPoint slides with a CRMA dashboard, using it in their weekly/monthly meetings to review data and make decisions together. Maybe that approach could work for you too?

The issue is that in a dataflow while all the other transformations take less than an hour to complete the "optimize" internal Salesforce transformation takes 5hrs or more to complete

 

I am looking for a way to analyze why this optimize transformation takes so long

Good day, 

 

 I am using a GA4 connector, and there is an object called

GlobalAccessObject that contains the field I need. However, I can't save the connection because it requires at least one metric field, but I can't change the field type. Every field in the GlobalAccessObject of GA4 is set to 'Dimension'. Other objects in GA4, such as Tech, Acquisitions, and Engagement, allow field type changes and are automatically detected. How can I change the field type in GlobalAccessObject
