Tableau Server setup program is not showing option for “Add additional node to existing Tableau Server cluster” and I am running TableauServer-64bit-2019-2-4.exe as admin on my Windows 2012 Server.
Tableau Server has been removed from this server previously and I am rerunning this file. The purpose is for this server to be an additional node(which it was just an additional node previously).
For some reason the setup program is not showing the option for “Add additional node to existing Tableau Server cluster”. If you look at the screenshot I posted the last screenshot is what I am looking for so I can select “Add additional node to existing Tableau Server cluster”. This last screen never shows up, just the screen right before this which then proceeds to install. I just ran this exact file on another server and I was presented with the screen to choose “Add additional node to existing Tableau Server cluster”. All servers have the same version of Windows. (Note I am aware this is old version of Tableau but I need this to test upgrade to latest version. i have case open as well but haven't heard back from support)
Just for clarification I am looking to get to this screen which I have been able to on 2 out of 3 nodes. I will try a VM reboot soon.
