Our license expired and we recently reactivated it. The product key was activated but when an administrator logs into the service manager, they receive the notification to enter the key and then receive the "already been activated" message.

Hi Lakshman,
We tried what you suggested and received the response that "No licenses are currently activated." We tried to activate it via the command prompt and receive the licensing error that it has already been activated.
