Highlighting the pie chart based on filter value of Category

Hi, can someone please help in highlighting the pie chart based on filter value of Category

If Category selected- All- then it should display the pie chart as it is 

If Category V is selected, it will highlight the V in pie chart rest in grey

If Category X is selected, it will highlight the X in pie chart rest in grey

similarly for Y and Z

Right now if I select All then its showing all values in pie chart but when selected any of the category in dashboard, it is showing only the selected category and not others. I want to show all the categories but highlighting the selected one.
