Need to know the calculation to Display the State and Pincode of the selected point in the map chart

I have created a map chart in Tableau using a buffer have covers a certain radius my question is when I hover over the other points i am getting all the details needed but when I hover over the selected points I am not getting any information and needed also need to display the pincode which are all inside the given radius.
