I have a month Field in Tableau and which as data like (1-12 ie:April to March) and now I have taken a copy of it and changed its type to date and changed it to fiscal month starting from April
but my issue is i am not getting the data when I select April -2025 as its financial year 2025 instead i get the data for January 2025 (where the table considers it as transaction month only ) and i need the current financial month to be selected each time when i open the work book is there any way to do so

sorry but your images don't show enough - you are selecting a discrete month - you have not selected a year - -- Please post your workbook as a twbx so we can see all that we need to see - fake data is fine
