Greetings!  We recently began using the Salesforce Add-In for Outlook.  A few questions regarding its use:    * Can an email be logged against multiple Opportunities and/or Accounts?  * After an email has been logged in Salesforce (e.g., to an Opportunity), can it be moved to another Opportunity (or from one Account to another, etc.)?  * If the Salesforce email address is moved from BCC to CC, will replies to the email be logged in Salesforce?  Can the Add-In be configured to default to CC all emails?  * If the email may be moved from BCC to CC, is it possible to make a generic name for all email addresses to, for example, "Salesforce", to help lessen the likelihood of recipients removing the email address on replies?    Thanks in advance for your assistance with these questions.    John
