The license and profile are set incorrectly for Ada Balewa.
I created a role for this user and a custome profile for this user, but still receive the error message above. Can anyone point me in the right direction or know of any trailhead modules to refer to?

Glad to know that it was helpful.
Since here it is mentioned that a role that can see and have access to all accounts, and that can be achieved through the CEO role because it is on the top of the Role Hierarchy.

Thank you!I had same issue upon with Ade Balewa, before saving to create the user was able to select the chatter free license and made use of the the Ade user "The product support specialist needs the ability to delete Chatter posts and comments without a paid account." He would need to be like an admin to chatter which is similar to a moderator "chatter moderator"
