    This error indicates that the validation system cannot find a prompt template called 'Translate Survey Input' in your SF Org with the appropriate configuration.

     

    Please double-check the steps you have taken; you might have overlooked some small detail, which is preventing you from moving forward. Also, carefully check all text data, as there may be a typographical error—an extra character might have been entered or a character might have been missed.

    You should have below requirements:

    1. Create a New App in Lightning Experience

    2. Configure Prompt Settings

    3. Test the Prompt

    Steps :

    1. Create a Custom Lightning App (if required)

    Navigate to Setup > App Manager > New Lightning App.

    Configure the app with the necessary settings

    Assign the app to specific profiles.

    2. Set Up Prompt Builder:

    Go to Setup > In-App Guidance.

    Click Add Prompt and choose the type of prompt (Floating or Docked).

    Choose the location on the page where the prompt should appear.

    3. Customize Your Prompt:

    Add text for the prompt title and body based on the challenge instructions.

    You can use variables in the prompt text to personalize it.

    4. Schedule and Target the Prompt:

    Set a delivery schedule for when the prompt will appear.

    Define the target audience, which could be specific profiles, roles, or permission sets.

    5. Test the Prompt:

    Log in as a user who meets the targeting rules and test that the prompt appears correctly.
