How to hide "Survey was already completed" message on Community

I am using Survey Component on Community page which shows user survey, it works fine.

But once survey completed. When user logs in again it shows the message "Survey was already completed" as below, how can we hide this message? 

Also, I want to know if that Survey needs to be retriggered for the customer after few days or some duration?

What is the way for it?
