Hi, 

Are you facing this issue on a trailhead module? could you add theURL here of the module, as there are many many!

Now generally there 2 main reasons for it:

1. is that you are checking the verification on a different instance, log out and launch from the bottom of the module then check all steps are done there

2. the names of the records, elements etc are not matching, needs to have 100% exact match for the checker to find it including API names

Sometimes the best is to spin anew playground and do it again. 

Ran into the same issue, all steps completed per the Challenge directions but still received the error message. I duplicated my steps in three trailhead orgs and the third was the charm, unexplainedly worked with exact same configuration as the others.

I've tried to connect another org and the message is different, so the connect it correct.

You can try accessing it in incognito mode on your current browser. logout & login

If it works, you can clear your cache and cookies. Alternatively, try logging in using a different browser. 

if still facing error create a new playground and do same form the scratch
