Our advisors sometimes set aside blocks of time to see walk-ins. When advisors update their outlook calendars to reflect an additional item that they'd like to overwrite the walk-in block, it doesn't work. How can we block walk-in appointments for an advisor when needed? Very new; any direction is appreciated.
