How to disable red circled icon? Just need to display name of owner.

I search in my dev org I cannot edit FLS for the case owne, this is also valid if we make owner field read only so how records will create.
workaround
this will full fill your requirment
1)Create a formula field which will show Case Owner Hyperlink type.
2)Create a separate page layout for those profiles and remove original Case Owner field from this layout and put this custom case owner field on this layout.
