Date when Flow is triggered

I have a Flow set up that emails certain Contacts and is working fine.  What I am wanting to do is display the date when the Flow was triggered.  I have a screen element set up where users trigger the Flow from.  At the moment I am using a custom metadata but I have to update this manually with the date it was triggered (informing the users of when the emails were sent).  What I would like to achieve is have the date show when the flow was triggered.
