Does anyone have anything that they think is unique about their org such that they had to modify SF? For example, my org, MAGNET, has farms, and we need to add them as contacts, but the question is how to go about it. There's the farm, and there's the employees at each farm. And we have other unique categories of contacts that we need categorized and reported on.
