When updating a field on a child record on Master-Detail record, why would the parent record be getting updated?

I am updating a field on a detail record of a Master-Detail relationship, and I am seeing that triggers and flows are being fired that involve the update of the Master record, and I am needing to understand why the Master record is getting updated when nothing on the Master record is getting updated when updating the field on the detail record.

Exactly what I was looking for  @Devendra Patel https://trailblazers.salesforce.com/profileView?u=0053A00000Da3bAQAR !  I didn't realize the Master object had a Roll-up Summary field on it, but this answered the question of why the Grandparent record was also getting updated.  Thank you!
