Hello , please can someone advise me on the Superbadge

Business Administration Specialist, step 3 - Create reports and dashboards. My error - Challenge Not yet complete... here's what's wrong:

Found an incorrect number of values for the 'Ratings by State' component. I believe the problem might be at the place where i create and edit the bucket column. I have aded the market bucket - Utility and Residential and selected from the list to add to the folders, but when I save only the residential row in my report shows. Please can you advise.
